These exclusive Father's Day mini-session slots are available for a special holiday rate of $99 (valued at $185) and include 10 beautifully polished digital images. To protect our tight back-to-back schedule and guarantee everyone's time, a 50% non-refundable retainer ($49.50) is required at checkout to secure your exact slot, with the remaining balance due before your session begins.


Because spots are strictly limited to just 8 families to lock in the best lighting windows, these times are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Love all of your proofing photos? You will have the optional opportunity to upgrade to your full digital gallery download for an additional $85 once your images are ready!

FAQ

 

What to wear & bring?

  • Clothing: Neutral tones, earth tones, soft pastels, or light denim look absolutely stunning in this field setting. Avoid heavy patterns or large logos so your beautiful faces remain the main focus!
  • Footwear: We will be shooting in an open field next to the trail, so opt for comfortable footwear like flats, boots, or clean sneakers. Avoid high heels to stay safe in the grass.
  • Bug Protection: Because we are shooting closer to sunset in a grassy field, insect repellent is highly recommended! Please apply it right before you walk up to our session spot.
  • Pets: Four-legged family members are absolutely welcome! Please bring them on a secure leash, and don't forget to pack a few favorite treats to help capture their attention.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Because these holiday mini-session slots are strictly limited and run on a tight back-to-back schedule, all bookings are final. If you need to cancel due to an unexpected emergency, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so I can attempt to fill your spot. Retainers are non-refundable, and late arrivals or no-shows will automatically forfeit their session time and fee.

What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

Since we are shooting outdoors, safety is a priority. If severe weather is forecast for June 19th, I will make a decision by noon. Postponements move to our backup date on Saturday evening, June 20th, keeping your original time slot. Please ensure availability for both dates!

Can I purchase more than the 10 included images?

Absolutely! While your package includes 10 beautifully hand-edited images of your choice, I don't want you to have to leave behind precious memories. When your preliminary soft gallery is delivered, you will have the completely optional opportunity to upgrade to your full digital gallery download for an additional $85, allowing you to unlock and keep every single photo from our session.
